This privacy policy applies to the Site, the Apps, and all of the services we offer (our “Services”).

By using our Services, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

You may be asked for your name, email address, mailing and billing address, phone number(s), emergency contact, date of birth, credit card information, as well as other information we may need to allow you to purchase, reserve and participate in classes or other services. We will collect PII from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply PII, but that will prevent you from engaging in certain activities – such as purchasing and reserving a class.

Our Site and App may collect user images for various purposes, such as profile pictures or content submission. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored for future use. However, we do not share these images with third parties; they are only used for internal purposes such as improving our user experience. By submitting an image to our platforms, you acknowledge and consent to collection and storage of your image.

Non-personal identifiable information

We may collect non-personal identifiable information about you and other Users whenever you interact with our Services.   3. Age compliance – We use your personal information to help make sure that persons under the age of 18 years of age do not set-up an account, purchase a class, make a reservation or take a class without parental consent.

  5. To personalize user experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users collectively use our Site.

  6. To improve our Site and Services – We may use feedback you provide to improve our Site and our Services.

Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under the age of 18 unless a parent has provided express written consent. If you are under 18, please DO NOT attempt to set up an account, purchase a class, make a reservation, take a class, or send any information about yourself to us. A parent or guardian should contact us, complete the required waiver and forms, and request that an account be created for the minor if and only if they have permission to participate in Services offered by SOCiETY.
